Big Gay Hudson Valley X Fruition Chocolate Works Collaboration
In addition to online sales and Fruition's retail shop in Shokan, NY, this bar will be available at the Craft Chocolate Experience in San Francisco Apr. 26-28th, and at Pride in the Sky Celebration at the Walkway Over the Hudson on May 17th.
Capturing the essence of the classic Manhattan cocktail, we start our cocoa beans out with a good long soak in a combination of Hudson Valley rye, and sweet vermouth. Those fabulous little beauties are then transformed into a 69% cacao bar and peppered with dehydrated tart black cherries. What's not to love?
A portion of the proceeds from each Gay Bar sold will benefit Hudson Valley organizations working to better the lives of Upstate New York's vibrant LGBTQ+ community.
Cacao Origin: Custom blend of Peru (Pangoa) & Colombia (Tumaco)
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, rye, vermouth, cherries, bitters
